GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE APPLIANCE
The cooking plate with open burners and oven, re-
ferred to from now on as the appliance, is designed
and constructed for preparing and cooking foods in
the professional catering sector.

Main Parts
A)Cooking plate: in stainless steel
B)Fume exhaust vent: for removal of the fumes
generated by the burner
C)Plate burner control knob: for regulating the
supply of gas to the plate burner.
D)Piezoelectric ignition: lights the plate burner
E)Piezoelectric ignition: lights the oven burner
F) Oven control knob: regulates the gas supply to
the oven burner
G)Thermostatic oven: in steel, complete with air-
tight door with heat-resistant handle
H)Top burner control knobs: regulate the gas
supply to the top burners
L) Top burners: in enamelled cast iron, th e power
they are able to supply varies depending on their
size.
M)Cupboard hatch: for accessing the inside of the
side cupboard (For version 2G1FAPG only)
N)Height adjustable feet: to allow perfect levelling
of the appliance.
P)Gas supply connection: for connection of the
gas supply
Q)Exhaust vent guard: protects the fume exhaust
vent against cooking residues

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

The appliance is produced in several versions to
meet varying user requirements (see diagram).
