Maintenance

1. Daily:
Fill lubricant. Only enough so that no lubricant drips
into coating material container.
2. Unscrew intake hose filter. Clean with a hard brush
and an appropriate cleaning agent

3. Carbon brushes in the electric motor
Check the carbon brushes after about every 250
hours of use.
1. Remove mains plug from socket.
2. Remove screws from motor covering. Remove engine
covering.
3. Unscrew cap on the carbon brushes.

4. Pull out carbon brush. A replacement is necessary if
the carbon brush is less than 6 mm long.
Attention
Always change both carbon brushes.
4. Changing packings in the material feed pump
If coating material comes out of the openings for filling
the lubricant.
If there is a loss in operating pressure.
