6.2.2.2 LAP TRAINING
When you have completed lap training you can analyze this in
detail in your memory.
Option of 3 training zones (HZ, FZ, PZ) or training as per IAT:
k Overall info (cf. 6.2.1)
k % and times time in HR zones or above /below IAT
k Results /lap /average lap time /fastest lap over all laps
/time/average and highest HR per lap
k Cool down HR after the interval every 30 sec. as information
on ability to recover.
6.2.2.3 MARATHON COMPETITION
When you have completed a marathon competition you can
analyse it in detail in your memory. To do so you have to confirm
each kilometre in the marathon.
Choice of 3 training zones (HZ, FZ, PZ) or training as per IAT:
k Overall infos (cf. 6.2.1)
k % and time in HR zones or over/under IAT
k Results /km /average time per kilometre / fastest of all KM
as well as time /average /maximum HR per km)
k HR recovery times after the interval every 30 seconds as
information on ability to recover.
