Your ONYX PRO is equipped with a total of
4 different endurance training programs.
Summary of endurance training:

k Long
k Medium
k Own endurance training
(1 training zone, intensity and time can be
programed freely) The aims of the different
training programmes are shown below. When
using the menus please refer to the basic
"function principle" described above.
Time and pulse range:
Main part: 30 min at 55–70 % HR max. or
70–80 % of IAT.
Training objectives:
k Active regeneration training after hard
competitions or preparing for the season.
Promotes the removal of metabolic final
products after previous training units.
k Trains the metabolism.
k Training programe is suitable for those who
are new to or are re-starting training
