Fit the clamping unit and collet and only then fit the tungsten electrode.
TTB 160/300 = 1,5 Nm (1.11 ft·lb)
TTB 220/400 = 3 Nm (2.21 ft·lb)
0,5 Nm (0.37 ft·lb)
