MACHINE CIRCUIT BREAKERS
The machine is equipped with five resettable circuit
breakers to protect the machine from damage. If a
circuit breaker should trip during operation, determine
cause, allow motor to cool and then manually reset the
breaker button. The circuit breaker panel is located at
rear of machine (Figure 18).

DRAINING TANKS
Drain the recovery tank:
-
After each use.

When refilling solution tank.
-
When the solution tank runs dry.
-
When the float shut-off screen, located inside
recovery tank, is activated.

When accessing the battery compartment.
1. Transport the machine to the draining site and turn
the key to the OFF position.
FOR SAFETY: Before leaving or servicing
machine, stop on level surface and turn off
machine.
2. Remove the drain hose from the hose hook and
position over drain site. Turn the knob on the hose
plug counter-clockwise and pull plug to drain. The
recovery tank drain hose is located on right side
and the solution tank drain hose is on the left side
(Figure 19).

3. Flush out the recovery tank and the intake
opening with clean water (Figure 20).

4. Replace the drain hose plug(s) securely after
draining and return hose(s) to hook.
CHARGING BATTERIES
To prolong the battery life, ONLY recharge the
batteries if discharged more than 15% of the battery
capacity. When discharged 15% or less, continue to
use the machine before recharging.
Run Time Example: 15% discharge X 3 hours rated
total run time = 27 minutes.
The following charging instructions are intended
for chargers supplied with machine.
Use a battery charger with the following
specifications to prevent battery damage.

NOTE: For optimum machine operation, keep
batteries charged at all times. Never leave batteries
discharged for lengthy periods.
