MACHINE CIRCUIT BREAKERS

The machine is equipped with three resettable circuit
breakers to protect the machine from damage. If a
circuit breaker should trip during operation, determine
cause, allow motor to cool and then manually reset the
breaker button. The circuit breaker panel is located at
rear of machine (Figure 17).

- 2.5A Brush Motor Circuit Breaker
The vacuum motor is protected by an internal thermal
switch. When the thermal switch detects excessive
heat, the motor will automatically shut off. After the
motor cools down, the switch will reset. If the thermal
switch should trip, turn off the main power switch,
unplug the power cord and inspect the machine for
air-flow obstructions.

DRAINING TANKS

Drain the recovery tank:
-
After each use.
-
When refilling solution tank.
-
When the solution tank runs dry.
-
When the float shut-off screen, located inside
recovery tank, is activated.
1. Push the machine to the draining site.
FOR SAFETY: Before leaving or servicing
machine, stop on level surface, turn off machine
and unplug cord from wall outlet.
2. Remove the drain hose from the hose hook and
position over drain site. Turn the knob on the hose
plug counter-clockwise and pull plug to drain. The
recovery tank drain hose is located on the right
side and the solution tank drain hose is on the left
side (Figure 18).

3. Flush out the recovery tank and the intake
opening with clean water (Figure 19).

4. Replace the drain hose plug(s) securely after
draining and return hose(s) to hook.
