Mounting
DANGER
Risk of bursting the pressure equipment due to
mechanical stress.
Serious injuries are possible.
Connect the pipes to the pressure equipment
without load and stress!
DANGER
Risk of bursting of components and pipes due to
liquid overpressure.
Serious injuries are possible.
Make sure not to exceed maximum admissible
pressures!
NOTICE
!
!
Risk of corrosion!
Choose a coolant composition that will not cor-
rode the pipe bundles or the reversing covers.
Check the suitability of the mixture.
For work on the pressure equipment after having
put the system into operation
CAUTION
Surface temperatures of more than 60°C or be-
low 0°C.
Risk of burns or frostbite.
Close off accessible areas and mark them.
Before performing any work on the pressure
equipment: switch off the system and let it cool
down or warm up.
At standstill
NOTICE
!
!
Risk of corrosion!
Atmospheric oxygen and standing coolant will
corrode the pipe bundles.
At standstill, either empty, clean and dry the
coolant side completely or make sure that there
is always a low coolant flow through the coolant
pipes.
Before performing any work on the refrigerating
circuit
WARNING
The pressure equipment is under pressure!
Serious injuries are possible!
Depressurise the pressure equipment!
Wear safety goggles!
DB-200-6
CAUTION
Refrigerant can be very cold
Risk of severe frostbite.
Avoid any contact with the refrigerant.
NOTICE
!
!
The heat exchanger tubes may burst if the
coolant freezes.
Ensure a sufficient refrigerant temperature at
any time.
▶ Keep the refrigerant temperature in the pressure
equipment at least 4 K above the freezing point of
the coolant. To do so, monitor the outside temperat-
ure of pressure equipment if required.
For work on the coolant pipework, the following
applies additionally
WARNING
Coolant can burn skin and eyes
Wear safety goggles!
DANGER
Coolant may be toxic.
Do not swallow coolant. Wear gloves. Rinse the
contaminated skin thoroughly.
▶ Observe the information on the system.
