Vorbereitende Arbeiten
12a Spoiler 12.1, Windshields 12.2 - 12.5 und
Seitenblenden 12.6 und 12.7
grundieren, lackieren und trocknen lassen
HINWEIS:
Spätere Klebeflächen vor dem Lackieren abdecken!
Montage Aerodynamik-Paket
12b Schablone "S" von Seite 45 ausschneiden und auf
das Führerhausdach legen
- Markierungen für Befestigungsbohrungen auf das
Führerhaus übertragen und
- Bohrungen ø 2,5 mm ausführen
12c Spoiler 12.1 mit Blechschrauben 12.8 befestigen
- Windshields 12.2 - 12.5 am Führerhaus positionieren,
Lack von den Klebeflächen am Führerhaus entfernen
und Windshields verkleben
12d Gestänge 12.9 in die Seitenblenden 12.6 und 12.7
eindrehen
- Je eine Sechskantmutter 12.10 aufdrehen,
- Seitenblendeneinheiten in den Leiterrahmen 1.1
einstecken, nach den Kotflügeln ausrichten,
Sechskantmutter 12.10 aufdrehen und Muttern kontern

NOTE:
You will find the template for the retaining screw holes
on page 45.
Preparation
12a Prime the spoiler 12.1, the windshields 12.2 - 12.5 and
the side fairings 12.6 and 12.7, paint them and allow
to dry.
NOTE:
Mask off the joint areas with tape to prevent paint
reaching them.
Installing the aerodynamic pack
12b Cut out the template"S2", page 45, and place it on the
driver's cab roof.
- Mark the position of the fixing holes on the driver's cab
and drill 2.5 mm Ø holes at the
marked points.
12c Fix the spoiler 12.1 in place using the self-tapping
screws 12.8.
- Position the windshields 12.2 - 12.5 on the driver's
cab, remove the paint from the joint surfaces at the
driver´scab and glue the windshields in place.
12d Screw the threaded rods 12.9 into the side fairings
12.6 and 12.7.
- Fit one hexagon nut 12.10 on each pushrod.
- Insert the side fairing assemblies in the ladder frame
1.1, align them with the mudguards,fit the hexagon
nuts 12.10 and lock the nuts against each other.

Travaux préliminaires
12a Apprêter l'aileron 12.1, les boucliers aérodynamiques
12.2 à 12.5 et les écran latéraux 12.6 et 12.7, les
peindre et les laisser sécher
À NOTER :
cacher les emplacements de collage ultérieur avant
d'appliquer la peinture.
Montage du paquet aérodynamique:
12b Découper le gabarit „S2" de la page 45 et le disposer
sur le toit de la cabine.
- Reporter les marques de perçage sur la cabine et
percer avec une mèche de ø 2,5 mm
12c Fixer l'aileron 12.1 avec les vis autotaraudeuses 12.8.
- Positionner les boucliers aérodynamiques 12.2 à 12.5
sur la cabine. Retirer la peinture des emplacements de
collage à la cabine et coller.
12d Visser la tringle 12.9 dans les écran latéraux 12.6 et
12.7.
- Visser chaque fois un écrou six pans 12.10.
- Planter les écrans latéraux dans le cadre 1.1, les aligner
par rapport aux garde boues, installer l'écrou six pans
12.10 et contrer avec l'écrou
