Montage Sattelkupplung (Pos. 6.1 - 6.15)
- Sattelkupplung 6.1 mit der U-Scheibe 6.2 und dem
Verriegelungshaken 6.3 versehen,
- Verriegelungshaken mit der U-Scheibe 6.4 und einer
Blechschraube 6.5 sichern
- Zugfeder 6.7 am Verriegelungshaken einhängen und mit
einer Blechschraube 6.6 an der Sattelkupplung
befestigen
- Kugel 6.9 in den Kugelkopf 6.8 eindrücken und
- Gestänge 6.10 ca. 5 mm weit eindrehen
- Einheit 6.8 - 6.10 mit Blechschraube 6.11 am
Verriegelungshaken 6.3 befestigen
- Sattelplatte 6.12 mit vier Blechschrauben 6.13 am
Leiterrahmen 1.1 verschrauben
HINWEIS:
Die Sattelplatte kann zur Anpassung an den
Sattelauflieger und zum Ändern der Fahreigenschaften
wahlweise in vier verschiedenen Positionen montiert
werden!
- Einheit 6.1 - 6.11 mit Lager 6.14 und zwei
Blechschrauben 6.15 noch schwenkbar an der
Sattelplatte verschrauben

Assembling the saddle coupling (parts 6.1 - 6.15)
- Attach the washer 6.2 and the latch hook 6.3 to the
saddle coupling 6.1.
- Secure the latch hook with the washer 6.4 and a
self-tapping screw 6.5.
- Connect the tension spring 6.7 to the latch hook and
attach it to the saddle coupling with a self-tapping screw
- Press the ball 6.9 into the ball-link 6.8 and screw the
pushrod 6.10 into the link to a depth of about 5 mm.
- Attach the assembly 6.8 - 6.10 to the latch hook 6.3
using the self-tapping screw 6.11.
- Fix the saddle plate 6.12 to the ladder frame 1.1 using
four self-tapping screws 6.13.
NOTE:
The saddle plate can be fitted in any of four different
positions to allow for differences between trailers or to
affect the driving characteristics of the model.
- Fix the assembly 6.1 - 6.11 to the saddle plate using the
bushes 6.14 and two self-tapping screws 6.15.
Check that it is free to swivel.

Montage de l'accouplement de la sellette (n° 6.1 à 6.15)
- munir l'accouplement de sellette 6.1 de la rondelle 6.2
et du crochet de verrouillage 6.3.
- Accrocher le ressort 6.7 au crochet de verrouillage et
fixer avec une vis autotaraudeuse 6.6 à l'accouplement
de sellette.
- Planter le rotule 6.9 dans la biellette 6.8 et
- visser la tringle 6.10 de 5 mm environ.
- Fixer l'unité 6.8 à 6.10 avec une vis autotaraudeuse à
tête fraisée 6.11 au crochet de verrouillage 6.3.
- Visser la plaque de sellette 6.12 avec quatre vis
autotaraudeuses 6.13 au châssis 1.1.
À NOTER:
la plaque de sellette peut être montée dans quatre
positions différentes pour ajuster la remorque et modifier
les propriétés de conduite.
- Visser l'unité 6.1 à 6.11 avec le palier 6.14 et deux vis
autotaraudeuses 6.15 à la plaque de sellette de manière
à ce qu'elle conserve sa mobilité.
