HINWEIS
Mit dem Einbau eines Kupplungsservos ist die Betätigung
der Sattelkupplung über die Fernsteuerung möglich
(Sonderfunktion).
6a Soll die Sattelkupplung immer per Fernsteuerung
bedient werden, kann der Verriegelungshaken gemäß
Zeichnung 6a gekürzt werden.
Die Sattelkupplung kann jedoch auch von Hand gelöst
werden.
Montage des Sattelkupplungsservos (Pos. 6.16 - 6.23)
HINWEIS
Bei Verwendung anderer als der vorgesehenen RC-
Komponenten sind Maßdifferenzen entsprechend auszu-
gleichen!
- Servo 6.16 mit Gummitüllen und Buchsen versehen
6b Steuerscheibe des Servos durch den beschnittenen
Servohebel 6.17 mit eingedrehter Zylinderschraube
6.18 ersetzen
- Servo mit der Fernsteuerung in Neutralstellung
bringen, Hebel rechtwinklig aufstecken
- Gestängekupplung 6.19 so aufdrehen, daß sie in
beiden Richtungen ca. 1/4 Umdrehung bewegt werden
kann
- eine Stopmutter 6.20 auf das Gestänge 6.10
aufdrehen, Maß beachten!
- Druckfeder 6.21 und U-Scheibe 6.22 aufschieben,
- Gestänge 6.10 durch die Gestängekupplung 6.19
stecken und eine zweite Stopmutter 6.20 aufdrehen
6c Servo 6.16 mit Blechschrauben 6.23 am
Leiterrahmen 1.1 befestigen
HINWEIS:
Stopmuttern so einstellen, daß die Sattelkupplung in der
vorderen Endstellung des Servos geöffnet und in der
hinteren geschlossen ist.
In der hinteren Endstellung sollte man, am Gestänge
ziehend, die Kupplung gegen den Federdruck ganz öffnen
können.
ACHTUNG:
Beim Umsetzen der Sattelplatte 6.12 muß die
Einstellung der Stopmuttern entsprechend angepasst
werden!

NOTE
If you install a coupling servo the saddle coupling can be
operated by radio control (auxiliary function).
6a If the saddle coupling is always to be operated by radio
control, you can shorten the latch hook as shown in
the drawing 6a.
However, the saddle coupling can also be released by
hand.
Installing the saddle coupling servo (parts 6.16 - 6.23)
NOTE
If you are using RC system units other than those recom-
mended you may have to make allowance for minor diffe-
rences in component sizes.
- Press the rubber grommets and spacer sleeves into
the servo 6.16.
6b Cut down the servo output lever 6.17 as shown and fit
the cheesehead screw 6.18.
- Set the transmitter sticks to neutral, remove the servo
output disc and fit the prepared output lever
right-angled
- Screw in the pushrod coupler 6.19 in such a way that it
can be moved through about 1/4 turn in both
directions.
- Fit a self-locking nut 6.20 on the pushrod 6.10, keeping
to the stated dimension.
- Fit the compression spring 6.21 and the washer 6.22
- fit the pushrod 6.10 through the pushrod coupler 6.19
and fit a second self-locking nut 6.20.
6c Attach the servo to the ladder frame 1.1 using the
self-tapping screws 6.23.
NOTE:
Adjust the self-locking nuts so that the saddle coupling is
open at the forward end-point of the servo, and is closed at
the rear end-point.
At the rear end-point it should be possible to open the cou-
pling completely by pulling the pushrod against the spring
pressure.
CAUTION:
If you re-position the saddle plate 6.12 you will also
have to adjust the position of the self-locking nuts to
suit.

À NOTER
Avec la mise en place d'un servo d'accouplement, il est
possible d'actionner l'accouplement de sellette par
l'intermédiaire de l'ensemble de radiocommande
(fonction spéciale).
6a Si l´accouplement de sellette est toujours actionné par
l'intermédiaire de l'ensemble de radiocommande,
couper le crochet de verrouillage comme mentionneé
sur le schéma 6a.
L'accouplement de sellette peut toutefois également être
actionné à la main.

À NOTER:
si vous utilisez un autre servo que les servo indiqué, ajuster
les cotes de vous-même.
- Munir le servo 6.16 des silentblocs et des manchons
6b Amener les palonniers au neutre sur l´émetteur.
Remplacer le palonnier circulaire du servo par le
palonnier coupé 6.17 équipé de la vis à tête
cylindrique 6.18, monter le palonnier avec 90°.
- Monter l'accouplement de tringle 6.19 de telle manière
qu'elle conserve une mobilité d'approx. 1/4 de tour
dans les deux directions.
- Visser un écrou autobloquant 6.20 sur la tringle 6.10.
Tenir compte de la cote indiquée.
- Mettre le ressort de pression 6.21et la rondelle 6.22 en
place.
- Planter la tringle 6.10 dans l'accouplement de tringle
6.19 et monter un second écrou autobloquant 6.20.
6c Fixer le servo 6.16 avec des vis autotaraudeuses 6.22
au châssis 1.1.
À NOTER:
régler les écrous autobloquants de telle sorte que l'accou-
plement de sellette s'ouvre dans la position de butée avant
du servo et se ferme dans la position arrière.
Dans la fin de course arrière il faut pouvoir, en tirant sur la
tringle, ouvrir entièrement l'accouplement contre la force du
ressort.
ATTENTION:
lorsque la plaque de sellette 6.12 est décalée, il faut
que le réglage des écrous autobloquants soit ajusté en
conséquence !
