Montage der Anbauteile (Pos. 8.10 - 8.12)
8a Stifte 8.10 in die Druckluftbehälter 8.11 eindrücken und
mit wenig Sekundenkleber sichern
- Einheit 8.10 - 8.11 in den Auspuff 8.12 stecken und mit
Sekundenkleber sichern
- Einheit 8.10 - 8.12 mit 2 weiteren Blechschrauben 8.9
am Leiterrahmen 1.1 befestigen
Montage der Anbauteile (Pos. 8.13 - 8.28)
8b Trittbretter 8.16 - 8.21 in den Einstiegen 8.14 und 8.15
verkleben
8c Streuscheiben 8.23 und 8.24 in die Scheinwerfer-
gehäuse 8.22 einsetzen und mit wenig
Sekundenkleber sichern
- vor dem Verkleben der Scheinwerfergehäuse 8.22
Metallisierung entfernen!
- Einheiten 8.22 - 8.24 von vorne in die Stoßstange 8.13
einsetzen und von der Rückseite verkleben
- Streuscheibe 8.25 von hinten in die Stoßstange 8.13
einsetzen und von der Rückseite verkleben
8d Stoßstange mit U-Scheiben 8.26, Zylinderschrauben
8.27 und Sechskantmuttern 8.28 am
Distanzstück 8.1 befestigen

Installing the external fittings (parts 8.10 - 8.11)
8a Press the pins 8.10 into the compressed air tanks 8.11
and secure them with a drop of cyano.
- Plug the assembly 8.10 - 8.11 into the exhaust 8.12
and secure with cyano.
- Attach the assembly 8.10 - 8.12 to the ladder frame
1.1 using two further self-tapping screws 8.90.
Installing the external fittings (parts 8.14 - 8.29)
8b Glue the steps 8.16 - 8.21 in the step casings 8.14
and 8.15.
8c Push the light covers 8.23 and 8.24 into the headlight
housings 8.22 and secure them with a little cyano.
- Remove the metallised coating from the headlight
housings 8.22 before gluing them in place.
Remove the metallised coating from the rear lights
before gluing.
- Place the lamp lens 8.25 in the bumper 8.13 from the
rear and secure it with a drop of glue at the rear.
- Place the lamp lens 8.25 in the bumper 8.13 from the
front and secure it with a drop of glue at the rear.
8d Attach the bumper to the spacer 8.1 using the washers
8.26, the cheesehead screws 8.27 and the hexagon
nuts 8.28

Montage des éléments d'aménagement (n° 8.10 à 8.12)
8a Planter les goupilles 8.10 dans le réservoir d'air
comprimé 8.11 et bloquer avec un peu de colle
cyanoacrylate.
- Planter l'unité 8.10 et 8.11 dans l'échappement 8.12 et
bloquer avec de la colle cyanoacrylate.
- Fixer l'unité 8.10 à 8.12 au châssis avec deux autres
vis autotaraudeuses 8.9.
Montage des éléments d'aménagement (n° 8.14 à 8.28)
8b Coller les marches 8.16 à 8.21 dans les marchepieds
8.14 et 8.15.
8c Installer les diffuseurs 8.23 et 8.24 dans les boîtiers de
projecteurs 8.22 et les y fixer avec un peu de colle
cyanoacrylate.
- Avant de coller le boîtier de projecteur 8.22 en retirer
le film métallisé!
- Installer les unités 8.22 à 8.24 par l'avant dans le
pare-chocs 8.13 et les coller par l'arrière.
- Installer le diffuseur 8.25 par l'arrière dans le
parechocs 8.13 et le coller par le côté.
8d Fixer le pare-chocs avec les rondelles 8.26, les vis
à tête cylindriques 8.27 et les écroux six pans8.28 à
l'entretoise 8.1.
