Should your product need additional servicing or repairs, please send it to your dealer or our approved

In the case of non-authorized repairs or damaged due to non-adherence to the operating instructions,
Hu-Friedy & EMS accepts no liability whatsoever. This will also void the warranty.
It is best to ship your product in the original packaging. It protects your product against damage
during shipment.
Before dispatching your product including all accessories, please clean, disinfect and sterilize
as described in the operating instructions.
When sending your product directly to the approved Hu-Friedy & EMS repair center, please include
