Problem
1. The handle/the machine
cannot be attached.
2. The extraction duct/adapter
is loose/keeps falling off
3. The multifunction tool cannot
be switched on.
4. The tool holder does not
move after switching on
the multifunction tool.
5. The oscillation/speed cannot
be decreased or increased
Possible cause
The internal thread is dirty.
The washer, hex socket
screw, Allen key or the tool
is bent/damaged.
The duct /adapter is not
properly attached.
There is no power at the
socket.
The plug is not properly
inserted.
The plug is not inserted
in the socket.
The on /off switch is stuck.
The plug or on/off switch
is defective.
Dirt, wood shavings or small
objects have got into the gap
around the tool holder.
The multifunction tool is faulty. – Contact the manufacturer's
The speed regulator is soiled.
Remedy
– Keep the internal thread clean at
all times as described in the
section "Cleaning and
Maintenance".
– Contact the manufacturer's
Customer Service and have the
damaged or defective item
replaced.
− Attach the extraction duct to the
housing using the retaining clips.
− Press the extraction adapter firmly
on to the connection nozzle,
turning it anticlockwise to secure
it.
– Check the socket by connecting
another device.
– Check that the plug is properly
inserted.
– Insert the plug in the socket.
– Keep the on /off switch clean as
described in the section "Cleaning
and Maintenance".
– Contact the manufacturer's
Customer Service.
– Clean out the gap using a vacuum
cleaner where necessary.

– Vacuum out the speed regulator
and the gap in between with the
hoover, if necessary.
