● Remove the packing film, the existing tapes and the wooden boards from the
individual packing units.
● Now lift the components from pallet [A] and position these at the predetermined
position in its production hall. Use the crane eyelets on the suction component
(item 5) for this. Note that there must be power and air supplies at the planned
installation site.
● Now remove the collision guard while you loosen the screws (item 7). The collision
guard can now be taken off outwards.
● In the floor plate of the fan component, there are eight fastening holes to anchor the
filter unit securely to the hall floor. You must anchor the filter unit to the hall floor with
suitable fastening material. For example, we recommend the following fastening
material in reinforced concrete C25/30:

● Now bolt the parts taken off the collision guard back on to the filter component.
● Slacken the clamping ring (item 4) which connects the fan component (item 1) with
the suction component (item 3). Lift this off and place it on the empty pallet.
● Loosen the clamping ring (item 4) connecting the filter component (item 2) with the
transport adapter (item 9). Lift up the filter component (item 2) on the filter component
(item 2) crane eyelets (item 6) and place this on the fan component (item 1) anchored
to the floor.
At the same time, position the filter component on the fan component so that the
marking arrows on the side are in line with one another.
● Connect the fan component (item 1) and filter component (item 2) with the clamping
ring (item 4). Please ensure the proper fit of the seal set in the clamping ring.
● Open the clamping ring (item 4) of the filter component (item 2) and set the suction
component (item 3) on the filter component (item 2). Connect both parts with the
clamping ring (item 4).
In the next step, it is necessary to connect the individual components with each other
electrically and pneumatically.
