Only the values assigned announced tolerances or limits make up
guaranteed values. The values with no tolerance are given for information
(standard NFC 42670) and the measurement errors must be considered in
the reference climatic conditions.
The specifications are verified with shielded 50 Ohm BNC cables.
Periodic verification of this measuring instrument is necessary.
• Sinusoidal, triangular, rectangular, positive pulses (TTL level), Direct (DC :
offset) and adjustable logic output from -10 V to +10 V
• Display on LCD of one of the following symbols:
• DC 0.1 Hz to 5.1 MHz in 7 linear overlapping ranges (2 % app.)
