Before any initial activation, verify :
• the correct adaptation of the unit to the mains voltage (box checked on
the label behind the unit),
• the good condition of the power supply cable to be connected, first to
the rear of the unit, and to the mains.
• When ON, this LED is used to verify that the mains is indeed applied to
the generator.
Validation or inhibition of the beep when a key is pressed :
• The device is on standby.
• While pressing the " DUTY " key, press the opposite key to switch from
" bEEP On " mode to " bEEP OFF " mode.
• Then release the " DUTY " key and press the " ON/OFF " key to activate
the generator.
The validation or inhibition of the beep will be memorized .
Two voltage values may be chosen : 115 V or 230 V at a frequency of
50 Hz - 60 Hz.
Adaptation of the unit to the mains power supply voltage can be carried out
only by a person approved by the manufacturer.
A fuse protects the unit.
To access this fuse, open the unit, once the mains cable is disconnected :
1. At the rear of the unit, remove the 4 main screws, then the 2 screws
under the handle.
2. On the front panel, insert a screwdriver successively into the 2 notches
located above the LCD.
3. Lever upwards to disengage the handle.
4. Remove the rear cover and the handle.
The fuse is fitted on the printed circuit, near the mains connector.
•
Depending on the brightness of the room and the position of the
generator on the work table, it is possible to optimise the contrast and
reading angle of the LCD.
•
Press the "FREQ EXT" key.
•
Adjust the contrast of the LCD using the coding wheel (the adjustment
is memorised).
