Connecting 1762 I/O Expansion Modules

ATTENTION: Remove power to the system before installing
expansion I/O or damage to the controller may result.

Connect 1762 I/O after mounting the controller. Remove the expansion port
cover to install expansion I/O modules. Plug the ribbon cable connector into the
bus connector. Replace the cover as shown below.
Important: Ensure that your system power supply is sufficient to support the
number of I/O modules you are installing in the system. A system
loading worksheet is provided in the MicroLogix 1200 Programmable
Controllers User Manual, publication 1762-UM001A-US-P.

instructions for your expansion module.
