See Section Consumables, Cut-off
Wheels.
Call Struers service technician.
See Section Consumables, Cut-off
Wheels.
Replace the cut-off wheel.
Change to a cut-off wheel with

Support the workpiece and clamp it
on both sides of the cut-off wheel in
such a way to allow the cut to stay
open.
See Section Basic Operation,
Stopping the cutting.
Place the workpiece between two
polystyrene plates.
NB! Always cut brittle workpieces
very carefully.
Use a neutral liquid as cooling fluid
or cut without using cooling fluid at
all.
DO NOT USE AN
INFLAMMABLE LIQUID
(You may lift the pump carefully out
of the recirculation cooling unit).
Leave the protection guard open,
when you leave the machine.
