P8 Cardio
The Cardio program is designed to maintain a high total demand with two-minutes with high resistance
and low elevation and two minutes at medium resistance with higher elevation for a total four-minute
core program. The prolonged exertion period takes advantage of the long term energy stores and total
aerobic capability when associated with speeds that require a high sustained cardiovascular demand.
