Using the coolbox

A
NOTICE! Risk of damage
• Do not switch on the device immediately after transporting it.
This could damage the cooling system. Leave the device to
stand for about 30 minutes after transporting, before you
switch it on. This allows the refrigerant to collect again in the
compressor, and the compressor does not run dry.
• Ensure that the objects or goods placed in the cooling device
are suitable for cooling to the selected temperature.
• Ensure that food or liquids in glass containers are not exces-
sively refrigerated. Liquids expand when they freeze and can
therefore destroy glass containers.
➤ Place the coolbox on a firm base.
➤ Connect the coolbox to a AC socket using the connection cable.
➤ Open the lid of the control panel (fig. 2 1, page 3) by pressing down on it.

NOTE
Press down on the lid again to close it.
➤ Turn the temperature regulator (fig. 2 2, page 3) clockwise to the
desired position.

NOTE
The further you turn the regulator towards "MAX", the lower the
refrigerating temperature.
✓ The coolbox starts cooling the interior.
Switching off the coolbox
➤ When you stop using the coolbox, turn the temperature regulator
(fig. 2 2, page 3) anticlockwise to "0" and pull the connection cable from
the socket.

You can wind the cable around the two holders on the back of the
device for storage.
