NOTA :
The electric heating is essential for heatpump models with outdoor temperature < 0°C.
The electric heating of the cassettes is composed of
heating resistances placed inside the pipes of the
evaporator. These resistances are heat protected
against any abnormal temperature rise by two ther-
mostats equipped with a "positive safety" device
(mechanical or thermic destruction of the capillary
switches off the heating permanently) :
- a thermostat with automatic reset,
On heatpump models a thermostat controlling the
temperature starts off the electric heating as a back-
up or thermodynamic heating.
