4. OPERATION
• B y adding or reducing the quantity of the gravity brick and by
adjusting the length of the knife, you get the correct thick-
ness of chocolate chips.
• T ake out some washers under the knife to reduce the lenght
of the knife.
• C hange speed by the speed button on the control panel of
the machine.
