 HOW TO USE AND OPERATE YOUR UNIT
o
Timer
The time switch (A) can be set in the
following positions:
o
"I"
fan will run as normal when they are
switched on.
o
o
"o" = Off mode. The unit is switched
off. Neither the radiator nor the fan
work even when the corresponding switches are turned on.
Caution: The timer continues to run no matter what position it is set to. It can
only be turned off by pulling the mains power cable out.
o
Timer mode:
The timer works off a 24-hour cycle. This means that within a whole day, you
can set to the quarter hour when the oil radiator should heat up and when it is
turned off.
o
Use the radiator on as described in the sections "Heating" and "Adjusting
the temperature".
o
Set the timer switch (A) to the position "Timer mode".
o
Set the actual time by turning the ring (B) all the way to the right until the
arrow points to the exact time.
o
Each red line (C) represents a quarter of an hour.
o
Set the time for how long the oil radiator is to be SWITCHED OFF.
o
Now click every red line (C) within this period of time.
o
The radiator (and the fan) turns on as soon as the arrow of the timer
moves into the zone with the red lines that are now standing out, and it
switches off when the arrow moves into the zone where the red lines do
not stick up.
 HEATING
o
Insert the plug.
o
Set the timer switch (A) to the position you want (refer to the section Timer).
o
Turn the thermostat (2) completely to the right (maximum setting).
o
Switch on the settings switch(es) (3) to the level you want:
Off
Level I = left switch "I" on, min. power (600W / 800W)
Level II = right switch "II" on, medium power (900W / 1200W)
