7.15 REPLACEMENT OF BELTS

It is rather demanding operation, entrust it to the authorized service.

7.16 WHEEL CHANGING

Before changing any of the wheels, stop the engine and remove the key from the ignition.
Jack up the machine and put the supports under it by the procedure described in the chapter 7.8.
Lower the mowing mechanism to the working position by depressing the switch 6.1.6. Release the switch immediately when
the end position is reached.
When changing the front wheel, withdraw the mowing mechanism from the machine (see the chapter 7.13) and disconnect
the front frame of the mowing mechanism.
Release the V-belt B (fi g. 7.12) by pulling the tensioning pulley arm 4 and remove the belt.
Unscrew the four screws 1 on the inner side of the wheel, remove the retaining ring, the washer and withdraw the holder of
the front frame 3.
Unscrew the four screws 4 šrouby 2 and take the wheel down.
When changing the rear wheel, take down the protective cover from the wheel, remove the retaining ring, the washer and pull
the wheel down from the shaft
At the reassembly of the front or rear wheel, use the reverse procedure than at its dismantling.
Before putting the wheel on, clean all parts and lubricate the contact surfaces slightly with grease.
7.17 HYDROSTATIC GEARBOX
MAINTENANCE
To ensure the reliable function of the gearbox it is necessary to keep the oil
level in the correct height. The prescribed values are stated in the table below.
The fi lling hole 1 is in the vicinity of the seat (see the fi gure). If problems
with the gearbox occur contact immediately the authorized service, otherwise
the danger of a serious damage to the gearbox threatens.

7.18 BRAKE ADJUSTMENT

If the brakes start to lose their effi ciency, entrust their adjustment to the
authorized service.

When any of the self-locking nuts was unscrewed, then at the reassembly, it is always necessary to replace it with the new one.
