ACCUMULATOR MAINTENANCE
Carry out the accumulator maintenance according to the instructions included in the accumulator operating instructions.
7.5
ENGINE MAINTENANCE
Carry out the engine maintenance according to the instructions included in the engine operating instructions.
7.5.1 CHECK OF OIL LEVEL IN ENGINE
Carry out the check of oil level in engine according to the instructions included in the engine
operating instructions.
7.5.2 OIL CHANGING
The engine is provided with an oil drain screw.
•
Place a fl at vessel having capacity of 2 litres minimally and prop up the machine on the
opposite side than the drain screw is in order that all oil will fl ow-out from the engine
•
Unscrew the drain screw and release the oil fi ller cap in order that the oil will better and
faster fl ow-out from the engine.
•
Screw in the drain screw back, fi ll the engine with the correct quantity of oil specifi ed
(see the engine operating instructions) and close the oil fi ller cap.
•
Take the drained oil to the place of the used oils liquidation.
7.5.3 FUEL FILTER REPLACEMENT
Carry out the fuel fi lter replacement according to the instructions included in the engine
operating instructions.
7.5.4 AIR FILTER MAINTENANCE
Carry out the maintenance according to the instructions included in the engine operating instructions.
7.5.5 SPARKING PLUG MAINTENANCE
Carry out the maintenance according to the instructions included in the engine operating instructions.
7.6
LUBRICATION
Carry out the lubrication according to the
lubrication chart, the checks of functions
including the maintenance according to the
summary in the chapter 7.1.
Bearings of tightening rollers, guiding
rollers and bearings of mowing mechanism
are self-lubricating.
Before the machine storage for a longer
time lubricate thoroughly all places which
require the lubrication.

angular joints of pins of wheels - dismantling, greasing

screw of pull rod of brake - apply grease close to the hole for screw

angular joints of steering connecting rod - dismantling, greasing
•
bearings of rear wheels
•
pins of wheels passing through the axle
•
centric pivot of rear axle - through the grease cup
•
bearings of steering wheel shaft - greasing
•
tightening pulley - dismantling and greasing of pins
Oil is used for lubrication of:

wire rope of steering unit
•
pins of mowing mechanism securing
•
fulcrums of travel pedal
•
fulcrums of brake pedal
