DISMANTLING, TRANSPORT AND
Dismantling
1.
Switch off the appliance and disconnect
it from the mains (allow to cool).
2.
Remove any apparatus around the
shaker so that the appliance can be
dismantled without difficulty. Remove
the glass set and dismantle the entire
appliance and all the parts in the
reverse order to assembly.
Transport and storage
1.
Place the appliance and the parts in the
original packing or in another
suitable container in order to avoid
damage during transit. Seal the
packing with adhesive tape.
2.
Keep the appliance in a dry place.
Caution: Avoid knocks and vibrations
when transporting the appliance.
Please make sure that any old or defective
appliances are taken to a collection point
and disposed of professionally. Collect the
metal, glass and plastic parts separately.
Please also dispose of the packing materi-
alsin an environment-friendly manner (sort-
ing).

FAULTS AND HOW TO
REMEDY THEM
No shaking movement:
Check the mains lead and power supply.
The ON/OFF switch is not switched on
(see Operation, page 17).
The slide switch is not in the right position
(see Operation, page 17).
The speed selected is too low (increase
speed).
In tilt operation, not enough pressure on
the tray (increase pressure by hand).
In tilt operation, the reaction vessel exerts
pressure on the tray at an angle (switch
over to continuous operation, if
necessary) (see Operation, page 17).
The motor is defective (requires service).
The switch is defective (requires service).
The control electronics are defective
(requires service).
