CAUTION!
Discharge of medium due to damaged seal.
If the valve is screwed in incorrectly, the seal can be damaged.
▶ Observe the thread start when inserting the valve.
Valves with control function A (closed by spring force):
▶ In order to avoid damage to the seal, the valve must be pneu-
matically actuated before screwing it in.

For control function A (SFA) pressurize the lower control air
connection with compressed air (6 bar): Valve opens.
→
Screw in the actuator, tighten with an open-end wrench
(tightening torque 60 Nm ± 3 Nm).
→
Screw in the angle connection, tighten with an open-end wrench
(tightening torque 6 Nm ± 1 Nm).
→
Screw in the silencer, tighten with an open-end wrench
(tightening torque 2 Nm ± 0.2 Nm).
→
Connect pneumatic lines.
→
Check the device for function and leaks.
