Changing pilot valve bar (VVL)
CAUTION!
Damage or malfunctions due to incorrect screw joints.
Incorrect screw joints damage the device or impair its functionality.
Please note "9.1 Safety instructions" on page 15!
→
Remove the pneumatic lines.
→
Remove the electrical connections.
→
Loosen the fastening screws on the retaining bracket.
→
Change pilot valve bar and screw to base block via retaining
bracket (tightening torque 8 Nm ± 1 Nm ).
→
Screw device sockets with the associated seals onto the pilot
valves.
→
Check the device for function and leaks.
