Impact:
If the cut material is held in hand, the rotating circular
saw blade may throw it down and injure you! Secure
the cut material properly using a vice at all times!
2. Exposure to noise:
Hearing damage:
Hearing may get damaged if the appliance is worked with
for a long time. Personal protective aids to prevent hearing
damage should always be worn.
3. Other risks:
Thrown-off items or liquids:
Pieces of the cut material secured improperly may be
thrown off and cause injury as a result of circular saw
blade rotation. The cut material should always be secured
and protective glasses worn.
Disposal
Disposal instructions are illustrated in the form of pictograms
on the device or packaging. Description of the pictograms is
given in "Identification" chapter.
Disposal of transport packaging
Packaging protects the device against damage during
transport. Packaging materials are usually selected according
to their effect on environment and disposal methods and can
therefore be recycled.
Returning of the packaging back to circulation saves
resources and costs for packaging disposal.
Parts of the packaging (e.g. foil, styropor) may be dangerous
for children. Risk of suffocation!
Keep these parts of the packaging out of reach of children
and dispose as soon as possible.
Do not put electrical appliances to household waste - use
collection centres in your town. Ask the municipality
authorities where such collection centres can be found. If
electrical appliances are disposed in an uncontrolled manner,
hazardous substances can get into ground water through the
weather and - as a result - penetrate the food chain or poison
the flora and fauna for a number of years. When the
appliance is to be changed for a new one, the seller is legally
obliged to accept the old appliance, at least for free disposal.

Transport and storage
If the appliance has not been used for a long time, unplug it
and keep it in a place inaccessible to children.
Make sure such place is dry and safe.
Cable Cross-section
Cable length Required Cross-section:
to 15 m
15 – 40 m
If the supply cables are too long while the cross-section of
them is small, the voltage drops, which may cause the motor
difficulties. Therefore, a supply cable of sufficient cross-
section is required for the saw to work perfectly. The cables
length show in the table applies to the distance between the
switchboard/fuse box and the trimming saw plug. It is of no
relevance then whether a supply and an extension cables are
combine or it is a supply cable alone.
