Both flanges have through holes and nuts are tightened by the
envelope flange. The nut can not rotate freely and it is
mandatory to use a key to hold it while tightening the fixing
screws.

Contra flange has through holes, screws cannot be inserted
from the bottom as there is not enough space to accommodate
them.
