Connection of the High Vacuum Flange
Installation of ConFlat Flange (CFF 2 ¾)
For ConFlat flange connections, fix the two flanges with the screws
as shown in the following figure (a protective screen can optionally
be used). Screws length must be carefully chosen considering the
thickness of customer flanges and the 12 mm deep of the threated
holes in the TMP flange.

For ConFlat flange connections, fix the two flanges with the screws
as shown in the following figures (a protective screen can optionally
be used).
For ConFlat flange connections, in case of a flange with np-treaded
holes fix the two flanges with the screws using the mounting kit
X3502-68007, as shown in the following figures (a protective screen
can optionally be used).
