6.6 Recommended hydraulic oil and
lubricants
The hydraulic jack is typically supplied with an HLP 32
oil, Safety data sheet on request.
The hydraulic jack has a closed hydraulic system.
Correct oil filling is necessary for safe functioning of the
equipment (see also chapter 12 Inspection and
maintenance instructions).
For trouble-free operation of the jack it is recommended
that a hydraulic oil from the table be used. Use of any
hydraulic oil other than the ones specified here is not
advised (see table 6.6.1).
CAUTION: Oil changes may only be carried
out by Qualified Persons for Hoists in
accordance with BetrSichV with special
knowledge in this area. We recommend that
oil changes are performed only by PFEIFER
Mobile Services.
The safety data sheets for the respectively
used hydraulic oil must be taken into
consideration. If you have any questions,
please contact us or the „Technical Service"
of the mineral oil companies listed below.
NOTICE: Used lubricants are to be disposed
of according to the legal regulations!
