5.4.5 Montage du système de levage (voir figure 5)
Lors du remontage utiliser un joint torique neuf
(3/4).
- Placer le joint torique (3/4) dans la gorge de l'axe
de levage (3/3/1).
- Insérer l'axe de levage (3/3/1 - 3/3/2) dans la coiffe
de levage (3/1) et ainsi aligner la gorge de l'axe de
levage sur le perçage destiné à recevoir la goupille
d'expansion (3/7). Le levier (3/3/2) indique alors une
position verticale basse.
- Enfoncer la goupille d'expansion (3/7).
5.5 Blocage de la soupape (voir figure 5)
Afin de pouvoir procéder à l'épreuve hydraulique de
l'installation sans que la soupape de sûreté ne s'ouvre,
celle-ci est bloquée. (Dispositif de levage AB ou GB)
Visser la vis de blocage (3/10), qui est attachée à la
coiffe de levage, à la place de la vis bouchon (3/8) afin
de bloquer la tige (2/16). L'exploitant est responsable
du déblocage.
5.4.5 Mounting of the lifting (see figure 5)
During assembly a new O-ring (3/4) has to be
utilized.
- Insert the O-ring into the groove of the lifting shaft
(3/3/1).
- Put the lifting shaft (3/3/1 - 3/3/2) into the lifting
cap (3/1) and center such that the groove in the
lifting shaft is positioned centrically with regard
to the boring for the tension pin (3/7) in the lifting
cap. In this connection the lever (3/3/2) is directed
perpendicularly downwards.
- Mount the tension pin (3/7).
5.5 Valve-blocking (see figure 5)
In order to be able to test the system under pressure
without the opening of the safety valve, the safety valve
is blocked. (Lifting execution AB or GB). The attached
gagging bolt (3/10) is screwed in instead of the blanking
plug (3/8) and, thus, the spindle (2/16) is blocked. The
operator is responsible for the correct unblocking.
