other party that you have ended transmission.

Dual−channel monitoring
When dual−channel monitoring is activated, the walkie−talkie automatically switches
between two channels until a communication signal is detected. This means you can
talk to two callers on separate channels.

Ringing tone
The ringing tones indicate to other subscribers that you want to talk to them. A condi-
tion for this is that the other subscribers are using the same channel and CTCSS
code.
Monitor function
The Monitor function enables the search for weak signals on the channel currently set.
If you receive an external signal, switch to a free channel. Always communicate with
other subscribers on a free channel to prevent interference.

Operating the Walkie−Talkies
When dual−channel monitoring is active, the channel currently set and the
additional channel appear alternately in the display.
