16. Guarantee

SOEHLE guarantees a removal of faults due to material or production
errors either by repair or replacement for 3 years as of the date of
purchase. Please have the seller fill out and stamp the guarantee slip
at the time of purchase. In case of a guarantee claim, please return
the scale, with guarantee slip and receipt of purchase, to your seller.
