Interconnections

The following figure shows the Special Turbo-V 1K-G
interconnections with Navigator controller.
Technical information described in the following paragraphs refer to the
NOTE
standard Navigator controller (model 9698978). Compared to standard model
9698978, controller model 9698978M002 has the following special
characteristics:
 The unit has been provided with a special software release, in order to drive
a Special Turbo-V 1K-G pump
 A specific accessory bag has been enclosed to this modified unit
 The controller 'External Fan Output' (connector 'P4') has been modified in
order to drive the special vent valve 9699831M001
 The serial window 'Win112' controls both the 'fail' and the 'set point' output
(this in order to drive a normally open purge valve). The normally open purge
valve should be connected to the controller 'fail' and 'set point' outputs,
according to the following instruction:
 Connect the valve positive input to the controller output 'J1.9'
 Connect the valve negative input to both controller outputs 'J1.11' (set
point) and 'J1.13' (fault). In other words, the negative input of the vent valve
needs to be powered by the 'fault' and 'set point' outputs together.
 Nominal rotational frequency is 750 Hz
 Rotational frequency can be changed from 500 Hz (30 KRPM) to
750 Hz (45 KRPM).
