foot. Stretch one leg out
and bend the other one.
Rotation
Pull the long bolt (31) under the back rest out and fold the back rest over.

Push your legs down and lift
them back up.

Beginners should switch
legs slowly; advanced per-
sons should do so faster.
1. Sit the other way around on the seat, hold onto the
handles and lean back slightly.
2. Lift your legs and rotate to the right and left.
For advanced persons:
With your legs stretched out to the side, rotate, bend
them, then extend and rotate to the other side.

For advanced persons:
Pull up both legs at the
same time and extend
them.
