Use
Good fruit mash or pulp is essential for making juices,
ciders or wort. Our fruit grinders enable you to get good
mash of apples and pears.
Instructions:
Grapes, raspberries, strawberries, gooseberries,
currant, etc.
 Usually may or need not be crushed as their flesh is
very soft and they only have peel on the surface.
Moreover, grains must not get damaged by crushing as
they contain bitter substances and make the juice dark
brown.
Stone fruits: cherries, mirabelles, plums, etc.
 They are stoned and squeezed without crushing for the
above-mentioned reasons.
Apples, pears, quinces, etc.
 They are crushed as the flesh is relatively stiff. By this,
larger flesh surface and therefore more juice is obtained.
Squeezing may not take place sooner.
