SEDATION RECORDING, ARCHIVING AND EXPORTING
The device records sedation, if the operator chooses this option.
Recording starts when medical gases are delivered and ends when delivering stops.
Warnings / errors that may occur during sedation are recorded
The following data is recorded:

In relation to time the following is recorded:

Recording takes place every time a parameter (flow, % N
If sedation is interrupted and resumed after a few seconds there will be two recorded sedations.
In the MENU under DOCUMENTS it is possible to:

view a recorded sedation by choosing from the list displayed in chronological order

export the recorded sedations to a USB stick, after inserting the stick into the dedicated socket, press
the appropriate button, select whether to export the last 99 sedations or all recorded sedations and
press export.
Dedicated software is required to view the exported data.
Exported data is not deleted from the device.
The file name is sorted by sequential numbers e.g. MF000001
NOTE:
Tecno-gaz declines all responsibility in the event of data loss. Ensuring the security and
protection of patient data/sedation protocols is the responsibility of the operator in charge of the
device.
IT IS RECOMMENDED TO EXPORT THE DATA TO A USB STICK AND TO STORE IT IN A SECURE
DATABASE.
