9. Care and cleaning
• None of the components inside this product require servicing by the user. It should therefore never be opened. Re-
pair and maintenance work (including opening the product) must be done by a technician or specialist repair centre.
• Before servicing or cleaning jobs, first take the battery out of the cordless drill driver.
• Thorough cleaning keeps the product in a usable condition so that you can enjoy it for a long period of time. A good
craftsman is careful with his tools!
• Remove dust using a clean long-haired brush and a vacuum cleaner. Dust can be removed using compressed air.
• Use a dry, clean and lint-free cloth to clean the exterior of the product.
• Do not use any aggressive chemicals or cleaning agents. These can discolour the plastic surface or damage the
lettering. Never clean the product with abrasive detergents, alcohol, petrol, spirits or other similar liquids.
10. Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the household waste. At the end of
its service life, dispose of the product according to the relevant statutory regulations.
Remove the battery from the cordless drill driver and dispose of it separately from the product.
