9. Troubleshooting
The tasks described in this section may only be
carried out by a qualified electrician.
9.1
Spare Parts
If replacement or accessory parts are necessary for
troubleshooting, these must first be checked to ensure the
same design.
f Use only spare parts and accessories that are
manufactured and / or approved by MENNEKES.
9.2 Unlocking the charging plug
If the unlocking function fails, the charging plug may be
mechanically locked in place in the socket panel by the
actuator. The charging plug cannot be removed and must
be unlocked manually.

f Place the red lever 1 on the square-head bolt of the
actuator 2.
f Turn the red lever anti-clockwise by 90°.
f Remove the charging plug.

10. Disassembly
The tasks described in this section may only be
carried out by a qualified electrician.
Disassemble as follows:
f Make sure that the power supply is turned off.
f Disconnect the supply line.
f If required, disconnect the control cable.

CAUTION
Risk of injury from protruding threaded rods!
Unsecured protruding threaded rods may lead to falls and
injuries.
f Protect the area of threaded rods against access by
barriers.
If the charging column is to be dismantled temporarily:
f Protect the supply cable and optional the control cable.
f Close off the area of threaded rods.
If the charging column is to be dismantled permanently:
f Remove the supply cable and optional the control
cable.
f Separate the threaded rods flush or remove the bed
plate completely.
