Dismantle the various components of the entire

5. Initial start-up
• ATTENTION: make sure that this operation is
performed with the plug disconnected from the
mains.
• Insert the application fl ange (FL) in its housing
on the motor unit (MT), after having partially
unscrewed the clamping handwheel (V1). Ver-
ify that the application fl ange is fully inside its
housing. Fasten by screwing in the handwheel
(V1) all the way without forcing the locking too

• When properly assembled, the body cannot
be removed nor can rotate in place. Verify this
condition.
• Insert the shafts in the lower cover (GI) (pay
careful attention to the fact that the knife shaft
drive (AM) should be inserted into the side of the
clamping hub), then couple the upper cover (GS)
all parts described in this phase. Do not wash the
gearmotor (MT).
ATTENTION: the handwheel (V3) screws in in the
opposite direction, therefore counter-clockwise.
and tighten using the handwheel (V3). Do not
force locking using tools: clamping manually is
suffi cient.
• Insert the assembled tenderiser unit into the ap-

the knife shaft drive (AM) to facilitate entrance of
the hexagon.
• Fasten using the clamping handwheel (V1).
• Only at this point, after having carefully verifi ed
that the tenderiser unit is properly fastened to
the gearmotor (MT), insert the plug into the
socket.
• The appliance is now ready for use. Start it up by
means of the switch (I) located on the gearmotor
(MT).
• Insert the product to be processed in the mouth
