Dear Customer,
Thank you for purchasing this Hendi appliance. Before using the appliance for the first time, please read this
manual carefully, paying particular attention to the safety regulations outlined below.
1. Conditions of use
• As this machinery is specifi cally designed to work and tenderise meat without bones, we
do not recommend its use for purposes other than its original function.
• In order to guarantee the characteristics of suitability for contact with foodstuffs (Regula-
tion EC 1935/2004) of this equipment, the following requirements must be complied with:
– the food product introduced must only be meat.
– the food product introduced must not exceed the temperature of 7 °C
– the food product introduced must not be stored for prolonged periods (maximum 0.5 hour)
within the equipment and beyond the time strictly necessary to process it.
• Please note that any unauthorised use or use of any other kind can cause damage to
components resulting in inability to perform the function for which it is intended, as well
as health and safety risks to users and voiding of the warranty.
• HENDI POLSKA SP. Z O.O.- is not responsible for incomplete or incorrect translations of
these instructions into other languages by third parties.
2. Attention
• Read and comply with these instructions before using the tenderiser. Store together with
machine.
• Maintain order and hygiene in the work room.
• Keep children away from the machine working area.
• The machine must be used by a single operator as it was not designed for use simulta-
neously by more than one person.
• Use the machine only for the purpose for which it was designed.
• Usage differing from meat grinding will not only void the warranty but can cause unsafe
conditions.
• Do not overload the machine and take the greatest care of it.
• Before starting any operations, carefully check that there are no foreign bodies in the
tenderiser unit and that it has been thoroughly cleaned.
• Any type of operation, including cleaning, inspections of processed products, assembly,
etc. must always be carried out while the machine is switched off, meaning after the
switch (O) has been pressed and the power cord has been removed from the outlet to
avoid any accidental starting outside of operations, during which the cutting unit may be
separate from the machine.
