3. Description
The tenderiser appliance is essentially composed of the following main parts:

AM – Knife shaft drive
AC – Knife driven shaft
V3 – Cover handwheel
For the proper functioning of components, these must all be connected to one another. They must be integrally
connected to the motor unit (MT).
