Calls log
Up to 40 phone numbers can be stored in the calls log. When the memory
is full and a new call is received, the oldest phone number is automatically
overwritten.
If new phone numbers have been stored in the calls log during your ab-
sence, this is indicated in the display.
The total number of all incoming calls is displayed; Several calls
from the same telephone number are only counted once!

Two different indicators show how many entries are in the calls log as a
total and how many of them have been received since the calls log was
last viewed.
This log only compiles the number of different callers; repeated
calls from the same number are only counted once!

Viewing individual entries

Each entry is assigned a 2−digit CALL# Number which appears at the top
right of the display. In addition, the caller's phone number is displayed as
long as the information was transmitted with the phone number (CLIP)
(see above). If the phone number received is stored in the phone book, the
name of the caller also appears in the display.
If the caller has made several attempts to contact you, the mes-
sage REPT appears under CALL# Number when the new num-
ber is viewed for the first time.
After viewing all the numbers in the log, the message END OF LIST
appears in the display.

Storing numbers from calls log in the phone book
A phone number in the calls log can be stored in the phone book directly.
To do this, select the ADD RECORD function

It is possible to edit a phone number stored in the calls log. To do this,
select the EDIT TO DIAL function. . Page 101
To dial the edited number directly, simply press the Call button ƒ.
To save the edited number in the phone book, confirm the changes by
pressing the J button and proceed with the saving procedure.
