Trouble shooting

If the device does not work properly, please check the following steps:
1. Check if the manual was followed precisely and correctly.
2. Check the following table for possible reasons.
Problem
The device wobbles when
using the crank handle.
The dough is not cut
properly.
The dough sticks to the
pasta machine.
The rollers do not grip the
pasta dough properly.
The dough is brittle.
Dough residues cannot be
removed.
The dough is too long.
The pasta sticks together
during cooking.
If you have any other issues with Nonna, please contact our customer service or a
professional repair service. Do not try to repair the machine yourself.

Tighten the fixing clamp.
Add a little more flour to the pasta dough and knead it
well through again. Restart the rolling process from the
beginning.
Add some water to the dough and knead it through well
again.
Allow the dough to dry completely before attempting
to remove residues again. When using next, pass a small
piece of dough through the rollers to absorb any residual
impurities. This piece of dough should then be discarded.
Cut the dough in half and process each half individually.
Always let the fresh pasta dry before cooking.
