Problem
The ice cream doesn't
freeze.
The ice cream is comple
tely frozen on the outside
and liquid on the inside.
The ice cream container
freezes and sticks to the
machine, so it cannot be
removed.
The stirring rod freezes.
The 2nd batch of ice cream
freezes unevenly and the
motor protection function
is activated; the stirring rod
stops rotating.
The ice cream is too hard
when I take it out of the
freezer.
Make sure that the compressor is working properly.
Contact our customer services for repairs.
While the programme was running, the ice cream mix
ture became so hard that the motor protection function
was activated. As a result, the stirring arm stopped
rotating. Remove the ice cream and stir it well. Reduce
the programme duration the next time you use it.
Liquid (e.g. condensation or ice cream mixture) has
made its way into the area between the container and
the machine and has frozen. Switch off the machine and
wait until the container can be removed.
The motor protection function has been activated.
Remove the container, transfer your ice cream to
another container, and let the machine stand for at least
30 minutes.
Let the machine stand for at least 30 minutes before
filling it with the next batch of ice cream.
If your ice cream has already been stored in the freezer
for a while, you should let it thaw in the fridge or at
room temperature for about 1030 minutes.
