d) Setting the Control Sensitivity
The remote control offers the option of deducing control sensitivity if required (dual-rate function). When the control
sensitivity is reduced, the model helicopter reacts with much smaller movements to transmitter's control commands.
This setting is recommended for beginners.
If you are familiar with helicopter control and have the model securely under control in all situations, you can use the
full control sensitivity and thus your model's maximum manoeuvrability.
The control sensitivity is switched with the left control stick.
Proceed as follows:
Switch on the remote control transmitter and move the
left control lever (also see figure 1, item 8) to the centre
position.
Now push the control lever from above. The transmitter
emits two brief signal sounds to indicate the reduced
control sensitivity.
To use the full control sensitivity, push the control lever
again from above. The transmitter emits a brief signal
sounds to indicate full control sensitivity.
After deactivating and reactivating the transmitter, full control sensitivity is always active (even if reduced
control sensitivity was set before).
