9.6.1. Manual station search

The currently selected memory slot number "MEM - A01 - A032" flashes on the
display.

The radio has two different memory groups (users), A and B.
 To change the memory group, press and hold the FUNC/USER button or the
FUNC button on the remote control.
The selected memory group (A or B) is shown on the display.
 Proceed as previously described to store a station under the respective memory
group "MEM - A01 - A032" or "MEM - B01 - B032".
9.6.2. Automatic station search
The device is switched on and is in radio mode.
 Press and hold the SET/MEM./AMS button or the AMS button on the remote
control to start an automatic station search.
The radio will automatically search for stations that can be received (max. 32
stations) and store them under memory group A. Memory slots already allocated
manually are overwritten.
9.6.3. Manual frequency tuning
In addition to the automatic station search (AMS) and manual station search, you
can also tune the frequency of a radio station manually. To do so, proceed as follows:
 With a frequency shown in the display e.g. 99.2 MHz, press and hold the
controller or the
display flashes.
 Turn the controller towards VOL+ or press the VOL+ button on the remote
control to increase the frequency in 0.1-MHz increments.
 Turn the controller towards VOL or press the VOL button on the remote
control to decrease the frequency in 0.1-MHz increments.
 Once the desired frequency is set, wait a few seconds until the frequency display
stops flashing.
 To save the set frequency under a memory slot number, proceed as described in
section "9.6.1. Manual station search" on page 62.
